Daily fitness is such an important part of everyone’s health and longevity that more and more people are using tools like heart rate monitors to improve their overall physical performance.

Turn on your device’s distance tracker app (like Endomondo) and set your target route. The heart rate monitor will begin sending signals to your mobile device wirelessly through Bluetooth.

The distance tracker app, on the other hand, will begin calculating the calories that you are burning and your cardiorespiratory endurance by measuring the variable heart rate. Your heart rate will change as your pace and distance increase over time.
